As posted on the more recent release schedule update for Django 1.2, we might be expecing to see the Release candidate and Final versions of Django 1.2 in May. Current dates are May 3rd and May 10th. The Django Team & Contributors have been working hard to find & fix bugs.
As mentioned in the past here and more recently on a post here, with Django 1.2 being out shortly I will be completing and writing tutorials. There are new features in 1.2 so anything new on this site requiring 1.2 will be labelled as such. The same goes in reverse, anything that is no longer compatible will state Django 1.1. In future I hope to put something a little better on this site rather than just a bold description, so you can filter only what you are looking for on a version basis. All stuff to come.
